How to delete your data SG Reach (by Sprite Genix) stores your account details, connected WhatsApp numbers, contacts and message history only to provide the service. Business users: log in, go to Profile, and request account deletion, or email admin@spritegenix.com from your registered email with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your workspace, contacts, messages and connected number details within 30 days and confirm by email. Disconnecting WhatsApp: you can remove the SG Reach app anytime from Meta Business Settings > Integrations > Connected apps. We then stop receiving your WhatsApp data. Customers of our users: if you received messages from a business using SG Reach, contact that business, or email us and we will forward your request to them. Contact: admin@spritegenix.com
