Bulk SMS with DLT templates and delivery reports
Connect MSG91, Fast2SMS, Twilio, Vonage or any HTTP SMS API. Send DLT-approved messages and see who actually received them.
What you can do with SMS
Credentials are encrypted. Custom HTTP gateways are supported with a template for the request.
Store sender IDs, DLT template IDs and entity IDs, and send variables in the order your template expects.
See characters, GSM-7 or Unicode, and the number of SMS each message will cost before you send.
Signed delivery callbacks update every recipient. Delivered and failed events can trigger automations.
Per-contact SMS opt-in and a suppression list keep you from texting people who said stop.
SMS works on every phone, so it is the natural final channel for WhatsApp and Arattai fallback.
Works with your other channels
Every channel shares one contact list, one inbox where replies are possible, and the same automation builder.
Send approved templates in bulk, reply from a shared inbox and run chatbots, all on the official WhatsApp Cloud API or a QR-linked number.

Learn moreArattai
Connect your Arattai Business account, sync approved templates, send campaigns and answer replies in the same inbox as WhatsApp.

If SMS cannot reach someone, the next channel in your order takes over.
How it worksQuestions about SMS
Do I need DLT registration?
For commercial SMS to Indian numbers, yes: your business, sender ID (header) and templates must be registered on an operator DLT portal. Your gateway provider helps with this.
Which gateways are supported?
MSG91, Fast2SMS, Twilio, Vonage and any provider with an HTTP API.
How is cost tracked?
Set a cost per segment on the gateway and every campaign shows its total.
Start reaching people on all four channels this week.
Connect one channel to begin. Add the others when you are ready.
