Connect SG Reach to the tools you already use

Send leads to Google Sheets, book meetings in Google Calendar, read and write your own database, receive signed webhooks and drive everything from your code with the REST API.

What integrations does SG Reach support?

Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Docs; MySQL databases; any SMTP provider for email; SMS gateways such as MSG91, Fast2SMS, Twilio and Vonage or any HTTP SMS API; Arattai Business; outgoing webhooks for ten event types; an HTTP request step for any API; a REST API; and a website chat widget.

Can I connect my online store?

Yes, through webhooks. Your store can create contacts with the REST API or enroll customers in a sequence by calling its webhook URL, for example when a cart is abandoned. There is no dedicated store plugin.

What you can do

Google Workspace

Connect a Google account once, then use Sheets, Calendar and Docs steps in flows.

MySQL

Look up orders or bookings in your own database during a chat.

Outgoing webhooks

Signed events for messages, contacts, campaigns, forms, flows, calls, email and assignments, retried when your server is unavailable.

HTTP request step

Call any API from a flow and use the response in the next steps.

Sequence webhooks

Each sequence has its own URL to enroll contacts from your website, store or CRM.

Website chat widget

Add a chat bubble to your site. Messages land in the shared inbox.

More questions about integrations

Do you have a Zapier or Shopify app?

Not today. Most tools can call a webhook or an API, which is how they connect to SG Reach.

Start with one channel. Add the rest when you are ready.

Every new workspace starts with a free trial of all four channels, chatbots and sequences. No card needed.
